Sizes are the most expensive thing to get wrong, because you only find out after the goods arrive.
Measure before you order
Take three garments that sell well for you and measure them flat. That is your real size chart, whatever the labels say.
Decide your size range
Most boutiques carry four to six sizes. Adding plus size doubles the SKU count, so plan the budget first.
Set a tolerance
A one centimetre tolerance per measurement is normal. Anything wider will show up as customer returns.
