What we collect

When you send a wholesale enquiry we receive the details you enter in the form: contact details, company, business type, market, product interest, quantities and any file you choose to attach.

This website does not set advertising cookies and does not use third-party tracking pixels for advertising. If web analytics is enabled, it is configured to measure aggregate traffic, not to identify individuals.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation
• To check fabric, quantity and timing against your specification
• To keep a record of what was quoted, so a later order can be matched to the agreed specification

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your contact details
• We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry
• We do not share your designs or artwork with other buyers

Retention and removal

Enquiry records are kept while the commercial relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and warranty purposes. You can ask us to delete your enquiry record and any attached file at any time.
