How to use this page
This FAQ is written for buyers who purchase to resell. It answers the questions that decide whether an order is placed, and it is deliberately honest about the ones that cannot be answered with a single number — MOQ, price and lead time all depend on the specification.

Minimum order and mixing
Minimum order quantity is a combination, not a single number. It is set by the element with the longest setup: fabric, decoration, label artwork or printed packaging. A stock fabric style with no decoration and plain packing can start smaller than a custom-dyed fabric with embroidered panels and printed bags.
Mixing styles and categories is normal here. Abayas, hijabs, modest sets, prayer wear and accessories can be combined in one order, which shares one freight cost, one packing list and one arrival date. See the wholesale page for how a mixed order is planned.

Sampling and development
Nothing goes into bulk before a physical sample is approved. The sample is what you judge for fit, fabric behaviour, colour, finish and decoration placement, and it becomes the reference the bulk is checked against.
Sampling applies to custom work and to private label branding. The full development sequence is set out on the customization page, including the ten steps from your market brief to shipping.

Lead time and delivery
Lead time depends on design and order quantity. Decoration, custom fabric, woven labels and printed packaging each add a production step. Ready stock items have a different planning window from made-to-order styles.
For dated collections, plan backwards from the day the goods must be selling. Seasonal collections require earlier sourcing and sampling, and the calendar shifts year to year — see seasonal sourcing for the planning sequence.

Customization, labels and packaging
Woven labels, printed labels, care labels, hang tags, header cards, poly bags, printed packaging, custom colour, custom measurement, embroidery, beading and rhinestone application can all be produced for your order. Each one is specified before production, because each one changes the sample plan.
Send artwork as early as possible, even a rough version. Delays in private label orders usually start with artwork rather than with production. Details are on the private label page.

- Packaging: plain or printed bags, tags, inserts, size stickers, single or assortment packing

Sizing
Order by garment measurement, not by letter. S, M, L and XL do not mean the same thing in every market, and in abaya styles length is usually the decision that determines whether the garment sells. Payment and order terms
Payment terms, deposits and shipping terms are confirmed per order. Nothing on this site overrides your order confirmation.
Payment structure, deposit terms, currency, incoterms and shipping arrangements are confirmed in your order confirmation, because they depend on the order value, the specification and the destination.
We do not publish blanket terms on this page. A general payment rule copied from a website is not a commitment; the terms in your own order confirmation are. Ask about the payment structure with your quotation and it will be stated clearly.
Quality, returns and claims
Quality issues are handled against the approved sample and the recorded specification rather than against descriptions. If something does not match, report it with photographs, the style reference, the affected quantity and the point of the specification it fails.

A catalogue of styles is available on request, along with the documents that exist for a specific order or material. Pricing is not published, because price depends on fabric, quantity, decoration and packing, and a list would mislead more than it would help.

Payment structure, deposit and the methods available are confirmed in your order confirmation, because they depend on the order and the destination. We do not publish blanket terms that may not apply to your case — ask with your quotation and it will be stated clearly.
There is no single returns clause that fits every file, so returns and claims are handled case by case against the approved sample and the recorded specification. Report a problem with photos, references and the affected quantity, and a remedy is agreed with the order terms.
The approved sample is held as the reference, so the difference can be identified precisely. It is then raised with you for a decision before shipping where it is found at inspection, or handled as a claim against the specification if it is found on arrival.
A catalogue of styles is available on request. Prices are quoted per order rather than published, because fabric, quantity, decoration, sizing and packaging change the price. Send your requirement and you will receive a specification and a price.
